Lexmark low grade Customer Support

This Lexmark X2250 is really a pain.
It was having black bars in the scan and now prints wrong colors from text to photo. I tried it in different apps. The text printing is terrible-you have to run it at best setting in order to make it ledgible, which eats up a lot of ink!

Whilst attempting to troubleshoot this latest problem, Lovely Lexmark USA apparently can't afford tech writers with high school english skills. Bah.
Customer Support: "The cartridges may be loaded wrongly"
